"Bitong Shuyuan was a garden in a garden surrounded by hills and water. Built in the late year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi, 1661-1722, it was once called Wutong Courtyard. This sight comprised nicely-arranged and distinctively-shaped courtyards, and was famous for its Chinese parasols. A section of its foundation has been preserved has a result of 2004 excavation."
